s 59Q Disciplinary Committee

There shall be a Disciplinary Committee which shall consist of the following three members: (a) two members to be elected by and from among the members of the Board (other than the Chairman of the Board), one of whom shall be elected as chairman; and (b) the Director General: Provided that the Director General or the Deputy Director General, shall not be a member of the Disciplinary Committee in any proceedings before it in which he is the complainant, in which case his place shall be taken by a member to be appointed by and from the members of the Board.
