s 72 Expenditure on administration
Notwithstanding section 71, expenditure may be incurred by the Organization out of the Social Security Fund up to such amount as the Minister may authorize by regulation, for any one year, for carrying on the administration of the Scheme of Social Security provided under the Act including—
(a) the payment of salaries, leave and transfer expenses, travelling and compensatory allowances, gratuities and compassionate allowances, contribution to benefit fund, welfare and recreation of officers and servants of the Organization and meeting expenditure in respect of offices and other services set up for the purpose of giving effect to this Act;
(b) the payment of fees and other remuneration to auditors, actuaries, agents, technical advisers, bankers,
stockbrokers, surveyors or other persons employed on a temporary or part-time basis to carry into effect the objectives of this Act; and
(c) the purchase or hire of equipment.

Perbelanjaan bagi pentadbiran
Walau apa pun peruntukan seksyen 71, perbelanjaan boleh dilakukan oleh Pertubuhan daripada Kumpulan Wang Keselamatan
Sosial sehingga amaun yang dibenarkan oleh Menteri melalui peraturan, bagi sesuatu tahun, bagi menjalankan pentadbiran Rancangan Keselamatan Sosial yang diperuntukkan di bawah Akta ini termasuk—
(a) membayar gaji, perbelanjaan cuti dan pertukaran, elaun perjalanan dan pampasan, ganjaran dan elaun ihsan, caruman kepada kumpulan wang faedah, kebajikan dan rekreasi pegawai dan pekhidmat Pertubuhan dan membayar perbelanjaan berkenaan dengan pejabat dan perkhidmatan lain yang ditubuhkan bagi maksud menguatkuasakan Akta ini;
(b) membayar fi dan saraan lain kepada juruaudit, aktuari, ejen, penasihat teknik, jurubank, broker saham, juruukur atau orang lain yang diambil kerja sementara atau tidak sepenuh masa untuk melaksanakan tujuan Akta ini; dan
(c) membeli atau menyewa peralatan.
Pengeluaran daripada Kumpulan Wang bagi pinjaman
72A . Walau apa pun seksyen 71, Pertubuhan boleh membenarkan pengeluaran apa-apa amaun daripada Kumpulan Wang Keselamatan Sosial sebagaimana yang diperlukan bagi memberikan pinjaman kepada pegawai dan pekhidmat Pertubuhan sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam kaedah-kaedah kakitangan atau bagi maksud yang serupa dengan yang diluluskan oleh Kerajaan bagi anggota dalam perkhidmatan awam.
