s 75A Investment Panel

(1) There shall be established an Investment Panel which shall, subject to such directions as may be issued by the Board, be responsible for matters pertaining to the investments of the Organization. (2) The Investment Panel shall consist of the following persons: (a) the Chairman of the Board as Chairman; (b) two members appointed by the Board from amongst the members of the Board, one representing the employers and one representing the insured persons; (c) the Director General of the Organization; (d) a representative from the Treasury; (e) a representative from Bank Negara Malaysia; and (f) two other members with business and financial experience appointed by the Minister: Provided that a person appointed in accordance with this paragraph shall, subject to the Ninth Schedule, serve for a period of two years from the date of his appointment. (3) The provisions of the Ninth Schedule shall apply to the Investment Panel.
