s 85 Institution of proceedings, etc.
(1) Subject to this Act and any regulations made thereunder, all proceedings before the Board shall be instituted in the Board appointed for the area in which the insured person was working at the time the question or dispute arose.
(2) The Minister may transfer any matter pending before any Board in a State or area to any such Board in another State or area.
(3) The Board to which any matter is transferred under subsection (2) shall continue the proceedings as if they had been originally instituted in it.

Memulakan prosiding, dsb.
(1) Tertakluk kepada Akta ini dan peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya, semua prosiding di hadapan Jemaah hendaklah dimulakan pada Lembaga yang dilantik bagi kawasan tempat orang berinsurans itu bekerja pada masa soal atau pertikaian itu terbit.
(2) Menteri boleh memindahkan apa-apa perkara yang belum selesai di hadapan mana-mana Jemaah di sesuatu Negeri atau kawasan kepada mana-mana Jemaah seperti itu di suatu Negeri atau kawasan lain.
(3) Jemaah yang kepadanya apa-apa perkara dipindahkan di bawah subseksyen (2) hendaklah meneruskan prosiding itu seolah-olah prosiding telah dimulakan pada asalnya padanya.
