No exemption shall be granted or renewed under sections 97 and 98, unless a reasonable opportunity has been given to the Organization to make any representation it may wish to make in regard to the proposal and such representation has been considered by the Minister.
Pertubuhan hendaklah membuat pernyataan
Tiada apa-apa pengecualian boleh dibenarkan atau dibaharui di bawah seksyen 97 dan 98, melainkan jika peluang yang berpatutan telah diberikan kepada Pertubuhan bagi membuat apa- apa pernyataan yang hendak dibuatnya mengenai cadangan itu dan pernyataan tersebut telah ditimbangkan oleh Menteri.
