s 11 Advertisement by moneylender

(1) No advertisement regarding the business of moneylending carried on by a moneylender shall be issued or published or caused to be issued or published by the moneylender, unless an advertisement permit in respect of that advertisement has been granted by the Registrar. (2) Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both.
