Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the legality of any payments made or expenditure authorized in respect of any Development Fund before the commencement of this Act.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh disifatkan sebagai menyentuh kesahan apa-apa pembayaran yang dibuat atau perbelanjaan yang dibenarkan berkenaan dengan apa-apa Kumpulan Wang Pembangunan sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
