Development Funds Act 1966 s 8

s 8 Authority for issue of sums appropriated, etc.

The Minister may by warrant under his hand authorize the issue from the Federal Consolidated Fund of sums appropriated under section 4 or directed to be applied in accordance with section 6, and may limit or suspend any expenditure so authorized.

Kuasa bagi pengeluaran jumlah wang yang diuntukkan, dll.

Menteri boleh melalui waran yang ditandatangani olehnya membenarkan pengeluaran daripada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Kumpulan Wang Pembangunan Persekutuan sejumlah wang yang diuntukkan di bawah seksyen 4 atau mengarahkan untuk dipakai mengikut seksyen 6, dan boleh mengehadkan atau menggantung apa-apa perbelanjaan yang dibenarkan sedemikian.
