s 6 Repayment of loan
(1) Notwithstanding subsection 13(2) of the Financial Procedure Act 1957 [Act 61], sums raised under this Act together with interest due thereon shall be repaid from the proceeds of any levy payable on tin concentrates mined in the Federation and imposed expressly for this purpose.
(2) If the whole sum raised under this Act together with interest due thereon has not been repaid within two years from the date of expiry of the International Tin Agreement 1971 the Minister shall appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund and repay the sum outstanding together with interest due thereon.

Membayar balik pinjaman
(1) Walau apa pun peruntukan subseksyen 13(2) Akta Tatacara Kewangan 1957 [Akta 61], wang yang diperoleh di bawah Akta ini serta bunga yang kena dibayar atasnya hendaklah dibayar balik daripada hasil pendapatan apa-apa levi yang kena dibayar atas padat timah yang dilombong dalam Malaysia dan yang dikenakan dengan nyata bagi maksud ini.
(2) Jika kesemua wang yang diperoleh di bawah Akta ini serta bunga yang kena dibayar atasnya tidak dibayar balik dalam
Pinjaman (Stok Penimbal Timah Antarabangsa)
tempoh dua tahun dari tarikh tamat Perjanjian Timah Antarabangsa 1971 Menteri hendaklah menguntukkan daripada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan dan membayar balik jumlah wang yang belum dibayar itu serta bunga yang kena dibayar atasnya.
