Loan Guarantee Act 1963 s 4
If a resolution be passed by the Dewan Rakyat that section 2 of this Act shall apply to any company, as they apply to the Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Limited, then the Minister may, by Order to be published in the Gazette, declare that the said provision shall apply to that company.
Peluasan kepada syarikat lain
Jika suatu ketetapan diluluskan oleh Dewan Rakyat bahawa seksyen 2 Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi mana-mana syarikat, sebagaimana peruntukan itu terpakai bagi Syarikat Permodalan Kemajuan Perusahaan Malaysia Berhad, maka Menteri boleh, melalui Perintah yang hendaklah disiarkan dalam Warta, mengisytiharkan bahawa peruntukan itu hendaklah terpakai bagi syarikat itu.
