s 10

The Minister may at any time dispense with the services Minister of any cadet. dispense with the service of a cadet. I1. (1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may make regulations Regulations. to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may prescribe: (a) the organisation, administration and discipline of the Force; (b) the age and other qualifications to be required of members; (c) the appointment, seniority, promotion and advancement or reduction in rank of ofhcers; (d) the manner in which and the conditions subject to which persons desiring to be enrolled in the Force may offer themselves for enrolment and the form of declaration to be taken by such persons; (e) the seniority, promotion and advancement or reduction in rank of cadet officers and cadets; (f) the extent of service required of members, which service servion 14, inclsde serviceo utside pravaysia, and (g) the remuneration of members.
