A Sessions Court and the Court of a First Class Magistrate shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions for offences against sections 9, 14, 16, 19 and 21 and a Sessions Court shall notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law, have jurisdiction to impose the full penalty or punishment provided by or under this Act.
Bidang kuasa
Sesuatu Mahkamah Sesyen dan Mahkamah Majistret Kelas Pertama hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk mendengar dan menentukan semua pendakwaan bagi kesalahan terhadap seksyen 9, 14, 16, 19 dan 21 sesuatu Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah walau apa pun apa-apa jua yang berlawanan dalam mana-mana undang-undang bertulis, mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk mengenakan penalti atau hukuman penuh yang diperuntukkan oleh atau di bawah Akta ini.
