s 5 Procedure of Board
(1) At any meeting of the Board four members present shall form a quorum for the transaction of business.
(2) The powers of the Board shall not be affected by any vacancy in the membership thereof.
(3) A decision of the majority of the members of the Board present and voting at a meeting of the Board shall be deemed to be a decision of the Board.
(4) The Chairman shall have a vote as a member and in the event of an equality of votes he shall have and exercise a casting vote.
(5) At the request of any member the vote on any matter before the Board shall be taken by ballot.

Tatacara Lembaga
(1) Pada mana-mana mesyuarat Lembaga empat orang anggota yang hadir adalah membentuk kuorum bagi menjalankan urusan.
(2) Kuasa Lembaga tidak tersentuh oleh apa-apa kekosongan dalam keanggotaannya.
(3) Sesuatu keputusan majoriti anggota Lembaga yang hadir dan mengundi pada sesuatu mesyuarat Lembaga hendaklah disifatkan sebagai suatu keputusan Lembaga.
(4) Pengerusi hendaklah mempunyai suatu undi sebagai seorang anggota dan sekiranya terdapat kesamarataan undi dia hendaklah mempunyai dan menjalankan suatu undi pemutus.
(5) Atas permintaan mana-mana anggota undi atas apa-apa perkara di hadapan Lembaga hendaklah diambil melalui ballot.
