(1) This Act may be cited as the Estate Hospital Short title, Assistants (Kegistration) Act, 1963, and shall come into ment and force on such date as the Minister may by notification in application. the*Gazette appoint, such date not being earlier than that + 1:6:1965 on which the said notification is published. (LN. 183/65)
(2) This Act shall not apply to the States of Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak.
