s 15 Procedure for confederation of Area Fishermen’s Association
(1) Any Area Fishermen’s Association may give notice in accordance with the rules of such association of intention to hold a special general meeting of such association at which a special resolution for the confederation with the other Area Fishermen’s Associations will be proposed.
(2) At the meeting of each Area Fishermen’s Association aforesaid a special resolution shall be proposed for the confederation and that an application shall be made to the Registrar for the purpose.

Tatacara pergabungan Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan
(1) Mana-mana Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan boleh memberikan notis mengikut kaedah-kaedah persatuan itu berkenaan dengan cadangannya hendak mengadakan suatu mesyuarat agung khas persatuan itu di mana suatu ketetapan khas untuk bergabung dengan Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan yang lain akan dicadangkan.
(2) Dalam mesyuarat setiap Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan yang tersebut di atas suatu ketetapan khas hendaklah dicadangkan bagi pergabungan itu dan bahawa suatu permohonan hendaklah dibuat kepada Pendaftar bagi maksud itu.
