Fishermen'S Associations Act 1971 s 19
The Registrar, or any person authorized by him in writing in that behalf, shall have the power— (a) to inspect the accounts and property of any Fishermen’s Association; and (b) to hold an inquiry into the workings of the business and financial conditions of such association.
Kuasa untuk memeriksa
Pendaftar, atau mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa olehnya dengan bertulis bagi maksud itu, mempunyai kuasa untuk— (a) memeriksa akaun dan harta mana-mana Persatuan Nelayan; dan (b) mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan perjalanan urusan dan keadaan kewangan persatuan itu.
