Fishermen'S Associations Act 1971 s 22
During the period of suspension of an Area or State Fishermen’s Association it shall be unlawful notwithstanding section 4 for such association to carry on any business: Provided that this section shall not prevent the management or the carrying of business of such association by any person or persons appointed under section 23.
Tidak boleh menjalankan urusan dalam masa penggantungan
Dalam masa penggantungan sesuatu Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan atau Negeri tidak sah bagi persatuan itu menjalankan apa-apa urusan walau apa pun peruntukan seksyen 4: Dengan syarat bahawa seksyen ini tidak menahan persatuan itu diuruskan atau urusannya dijalankan oleh seorang atau beberapa orang yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 23.
