Fishermen'S Associations Act 1971 s 33

s 33 Amendment

The Farmers’ Association Act 1967 [Act 22 of 1967] is hereby amended— (a) by deleting the words “or estuarine or marine” appearing in the definition of “farmer” under section 2 thereof; and (b) by inserting the word “inland” immediately before the word “fisheries” appearing in paragraph 5(a) thereof.

Akta Persatuan Peladang 1967 [Akta 22 tahun 1967] adalah dengan ini dipinda— (a) dengan memotong perkataan “atau di muara atau di laut” yang terdapat dalam takrif “peladang” di bawah seksyen 2; dan (b) dengan memasukkan perkataan “di daratan” sebaik selepas perkataan “perikanan” yang terdapat dalam perenggan 5(a).
