s 11D Provisional award where amount of pension or other benefit yet to be determined
Where a Judge or his dependants are eligible for any pension or other benefit under this Act but the amount of such pension or
other benefit has not yet been determined, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong may make to such Judge or his dependants a provisional award of the pension or other benefit pending determination of the amount.
