[Subsection 15B(2)] ADJUSTMENT FORMULA FOR PENSION OF JUDGE Type of Benefit Formula Pension of a Judge 1/360 x number of months of service (subject to not more than 180 months) x corresponding last drawn salary; but the amount of pension, as adjusted, which is paid or payable in the case of a Judge who retires under paragraph 8(d) or under section 8 A shall not be less than 1/5 of the Judge’s corresponding last drawn salary
