s 40 Duty of corporation to notify the Board of its incorporation or registration

(1) Every corporation incorporated or registered under the Companies Act 1965, as the case may be, shall, not later than thirty days from the date of its incorporation or registration, notify the Board of such incorporation or registration, in the manner as may be prescribed by the Board. (2) Any corporation who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
