Tin Industry (Research and Development) Fund Act 1953 s 14

s 14 Rules

(1) The Board may with the approval of the Minister make rules for the carrying out of any of the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power such rules may provide for a scheme or schemes for the winding-up of the Fund and for the disposal or repayment of any moneys accumulated therein and for all matters necessary for or incidental to such winding-up.
