s 5 Appointment
A notification in the Gazette of the appointment of any person to hold, or act in, the office of Chief Commissioner of the Association shall be conclusive evidence that such person was duly so appointed.

Suatu pemberitahuan dalam Warta mengenai pelantikan mana-mana orang untuk memegang, atau bertindak atas, jawatan Ketua Pesuruhjaya Persatuan hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad bahawa orang itu telah dilantik dengan sewajarnya.
