s 5 Vesting of property

All movable and immovable property situated in Malaysia heretofore held, conveyed, assigned, granted, leased, transferred, transmitted to or otherwise vested in the Secretary of the Methodist Episcopal Building and Location Board is hereby vested in the corporation for the respective estates and interests for which the same is now holden.
