Kelantan Land Settlement Act 1955 s 1

s 1 Short title and application

(1) This Act may be cited as the Kelantan Land Settlement Act 1955, and shall apply to the State of Kelantan. (2) Save as hereinafter expressly provided, nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to State land or land reserved for a public purpose.
