Kelantan Land Settlement Act 1955 s 16

s 16 Appeals

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order made in pursuance of this Act may appeal to the District Officer and thereafter to the High Court in the manner prescribed by section 418 of the Code. (2) Nothing in this section shall affect the right of any person to institute any suit or proceedings or to bring any action under section 10. (3) No appeal to the High Court shall operate as a stay to the registration of interests under an order made by the District Officer.
