s 100 Audited accounts, returns, reports, accounts and information
(1) The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with the annual audited accounts of each financial year within six months of the following year.
(2) The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with all such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its property and activities as the Minister may from time to time require.
(3) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of subsection (1), the Corporation shall, as soon as practicable, after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report dealing with the activities of the Corporation during the preceding financial year and in such form and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Corporation as the Minister may from time to time direct.

Akaun teraudit, penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat
(1) Perbadanan hendaklah memberi Menteri akaun tahunan teraudit bagi setiap tahun kewangan dalam masa enam bulan dalam tahun yang berikutnya.
(2) Perbadanan hendaklah memberi Menteri segala penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat mengenai harta dan aktivitinya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
(3) Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan peruntukan subseksyen (1), Perbadanan hendaklah, dengan seberapa segera yang praktik, selepas berakhirnya setiap tahun kewangan, menyebabkan dibuat dan dihantarkan kepada Menteri suatu laporan mengenai aktiviti Perbadanan dalam tahun kewangan yang sebelumnya dan dalam apaapa bentuk dan mengandungi apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan prosiding dan polisi Perbadanan sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
