Railways Act 1991 s 15
s 15 Additional works
If—
(a) a proprietor or an occupier of any land adjoining a railway considers that the accommodation works made under section 14 are insufficient for the commodious use of the land; or
(b) any Government department or local authority desires to construct a public road or other work across, over or under a railway,
the proprietor, occupier, Government department or local authority may, at his or their own expense, cause to be made such further accommodation works as the proprietor, occupier, Government department or local authority considers necessary and if agreed to by the railway company or, in the case of a difference of opinion between the proprietor, occupier, Government department or local authority and the railway company, such further accommodation works as authorized by the Director General.

(a) seorang tuan punya atau penduduk mana-mana tanah yang berdampingan dengan suatu keretapi berpendapat bahawa kerja kemudahan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 14 adalah tidak mencukupi untuk kegunaan lega tanah itu; atau
(b) mana-mana jabatan Kerajaan atau pihak berkuasa tempatan berhasrat untuk membina suatu jalan awam atau kerja lain merintangi, di atas atau di bawah suatu keretapi,
tuan punya, penduduk, jabatan Kerajaan atau pihak berkuasa tempatan itu boleh, atas perbelanjaan sendiri, menyebabkan dibuat apa-apa kerja kemudahan selanjutnya yang difikirkannya perlu dan jika dipersetujui oleh syarikat keretapi itu atau, dalam hal perselisihan pendapat di antara tuan punya, penduduk, jabatan Kerajaan atau pihak berkuasa tempatan itu dengan syarikat keretapi, apa-apa kerja kemudahan selanjutnya sebagaimana dibenarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
