Railways Act 1991 s 61

s 61 Penalty for removing, etc., stakes, pegs or other marks

Any person who removes, defaces or in any way interferes with any stakes, pegs or other marks placed by or for the purposes of a railway company along a railway track or contiguous thereto shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.

Penalti kerana mengalihkan, dsb., tonggak, pancang atau tanda lain

Mana-mana orang yang mengalihkan, mencacatkan atau dengan apa-apa jua cara mengganggu mana-mana tonggak, pancang, atau tanda lain, yang diletakkan oleh atau bagi maksud sesuatu syarikat keretapi di sepanjang landasan keretapi atau berdampingan dengannya melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan atau kedua-duanya.
