s 42

(1) An officer authorized under section 41 who is exercising the powers of enforcement conferred under this Act or any rules made thereunder may by order in writing require the attendance aegure hed wit ofhe ircersotancao of phe case hedosich per be (2) If any such person fails to attend as so required, the officer referred to in subsection (1) may report such failure to a Magistrate who shall issue a summons to secure the attendance of such a person as required by such order aforesaid. (3) A person attending as required under subsection (1) shall be entitled to be paid the travelling and subsistence expenses reasonably incurred by him; and it shall be lawful for the Commission to pay such expenses.
