(1) The Council may, in the exercise of its disciplinary jurisdiction, impose any of the following punishments:
(a) order the name of the registered person to be removed from the Register;
(b) order the name of the registered person to be suspended from the Register for such period as it may think fit;
(c) make any of the above orders but suspend the application thereof, subject to such conditions as it may think fit for a period or periods not exceeding two years; or
(d) order the registered person to be reprimanded.
(2) The Council may, in any case, make such order as it deems fit with regard to the payment of the costs of the Registrar and of any complainant or of the registered person.
(3) Any costs awarded under subsection (2) may be recovered as a civil debt.

Hukuman tatatertib
(1) Majlis boleh, pada menjalankan bidang kuasa tatatertibnya, mengenakan mana-mana hukuman yang berikut:
(a) memerintahkan supaya nama orang berdaftar itu dikeluarkan daripada Daftar;
(b) memerintahkan supaya nama orang berdaftar itu digantung daripada Daftar selama suatu tempoh yang difikirkannya patut;
(c) membuat mana-mana perintah di atas tetapi menggantung pelaksanaannya, tertakluk pada apa-apa syarat yang difikirkannya patut, selama suatu tempoh atau tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun; atau
(d) memerintahkan supaya orang berdaftar itu dicela.
(2) Majlis boleh, dalam mana-mana kes, membuat apa-apa perintah yang difikirkannya patut berkenaan dengan pembayaran kos Pendaftar dan mana-mana pengadu atau orang berdaftar itu.
(3) Apa-apa kos yang diawardkan di bawah subseksyen (2) boleh didapatkan sebagai hutang sivil.
