s 3 Establishment of Council
There is established a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and which may sue and be sued in its name to be called the Malaysian Optical Council.

Ditubuhkan suatu pertubuhan perbadanan yang kekal turun-temurun dan mempunyai meterai perbadanan dan yang boleh membawa guaman dan dibawa guaman terhadapnya atas namanya yang hendaklah dikenali sebagai Majlis Optik Malaysia.
