s 51 Order upon such enquiry

Where upon any enquiry made under section 50 it appears to the Authority or a board that any sum being the whole or any part of the loan has not been applied for the purposes for which the loan was made it may order that any such sum be, within the time mentioned in the order, applied to such purposes or that such sum together with any interest due thereon on the date of the order be repaid to the Authority or such board within the time mentioned in the order, and any sum with the interest thereon so ordered to be repaid to the Authority or such board shall thereupon become a debt due to the Authority or such board.
