s 32 Extraditable offences
In this Part, an extraditable offence is an offence however described, including fiscal offences, which is punishable under the laws of Malaysia with imprisonment for not less than one year or with death.

Kesalahan boleh diektradisi
Dalam Bahagian ini, kesalahan boleh diesktradisi ialah kesalahan bagaimana jua pun diperihalkan, termasuklah kesalahan kewangan, boleh dihukum di bawah undang-undang Malaysia dengan hukuman pemenjaraan yang tidak kurang daripada satu tahun atau hukuman mati.
