s 36 Application for habeas corpus
A fugitive criminal who is committed to prison under this Act may apply to the High Court for a writ of habeas corpus in accordance with the procedure as provided in the Criminal Procedure Code.

Seseorang penjenayah buruan yang dikomitkan ke penjara di bawah Akta ini boleh memohon kepada Mahkamah Tinggi bagi mendapatkan suatu writ habeas corpus mengikut tatacara seperti yang diperuntukkan dalam Kanun Tatacara Jenayah.
