Extradition Act 1992 s 38

s 38 Country includes colonies, dependencies, protectorates, vessels or aircraft

For the purposes of this Act, every constituent part of a country and every colony, dependency and protectorate of, and every vessel or aircraft of, that country shall be deemed to be within the jurisdiction of and to be part of such country.

Negara termasuklah koloni, wilayah tanggungan, protektorat, vesel atau pesawat udara

Bagi maksud Akta ini, tiap-tiap bahagian juzuk sesuatu negara dan tiap-tiap koloni, wilayah tanggungan dan protektorat, dan tiaptiap vesel atau pesawat udara, negara itu hendaklah disifatkan di dalam bidang kuasa dan menjadi sebahagian daripada negara itu.
