s 23 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for any of the purposes of this Act or for any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law, no member, officer or servant of the Board shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act.
(2) Any person contravening subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to both.

Obligasi menyimpan rahsia
(1) Kecuali bagi mana-mana maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud apa-apa prosiding sivil atau jenayah di bawah mana-mana undangundang bertulis, tiada anggota, pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga boleh menzahirkan apa-apa maklumat yang telah diperolehnya semasa menjalankan kewajipannya yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya.
