s 7 Public servants
All members, officers and servants of the Board, while discharging their duties as such members, officers and servants, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Semua anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka sebagai anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
