s 21 Persons providing services as tourist guides to be licensed

(1) No person shall act, or hold himself out, as a tourist guide unless he is licensed under this Part. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding seven thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both, and in the case of a continuing offence, shall, in addition, be liable to a daily fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit for each day the offence continues to be committed.

Orang yang memberi perkhidmatan sebagai pemandu pelancong hendaklah dilesenkan

(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh bertindak, atau menganjurkan dirinya, sebagai seorang pemandu pelancong melainkan jika dia dilesenkan di bawah Bahagian ini. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi tujuh ribu ringgit atau pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya, dan dalam hal suatu kesalahan berterusan, boleh, sebagai tambahan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ratus ringgit bagi setiap hari kesalahan itu terus dilakukan.
