(1) A licensed tourist guide shall attend further courses of training and pass further tests of proficiency for tourist guides as may be required by the Commissioner. (2) A standard form of dress as may be prescribed shall be worn by every licensed tourist guide while on duty or conducting tours. (3) A licensed tourist guide shall comply with a standard code of ethics as may be prescribed.
Kewajipan yang dikenakan ke atas pemandu pelancong berlesen
(1) Seorang pemandu pelancong berlesen hendaklah menghadiri kursus latihan lanjutan dan lulus ujian kecekapan lanjutan untuk pemandu pelancong sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Pesuruhjaya. (2) Suatu bentuk pakaian yang standard sebagaimana yang ditetapkan hendaklah dipakai oleh tiap-tiap pemandu pelancong berlesen apabila sedang bertugas atau menjalankan pelancongan. (3) Seorang pemandu pelancong berlesen hendaklah mematuhi suatu kod etika yang standard sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
