(1) The Secretary General shall be appointed as the Commissioner of Tourism who shall be responsible for the general supervision of all matters relating to tourism under this Act. (2) The Commissioner may, in writing, delegate the exercise of any or all of the powers and functions conferred upon him by this Act to any public officer as he deems fit.
Pesuruhjaya Pelancongan
(1) Ketua Setiausaha adalah dilantik sebagai Pesuruhjaya Pelancongan yang hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi penyeliaan am ke atas segala perkara yang berhubungan dengan pelancongan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Pesuruhjaya boleh, secara bertulis, mewakilkan penjalanan mana-mana atau segala kuasa dan fungsi yang diberikan kepadanya oleh Akta ini kepada mana-mana pegawai awam sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
