s 7 Charge of other payments to the Consolidated Fund
There shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund—
(a) all sums payable to the Fund by Malaysia under section 2(b) of Article 5 of the Agreement (which relates to valuation of currencies);
(b) all sums required for the redemption of any notes or obligations created and issued to the Fund under section 6;
(c) any sum due to the Fund by Malaysia under section 3 of Article 9 of the Agreement (which relates to the rights and duties of States ceasing to be members of the Fund).

Tanggungan atas bayaran lain kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan
Hendaklah dipertanggungkan kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan−
Undang-Undang Malaysia AKTA 483
(a) semua jumlah wang yang kena dibayar oleh Malaysia kepada Tabung di bawah seksyen 2(b) Perkara 5 Perjanjian (yang berhubung dengan penilaian mata wang);
(b) semua jumlah wang yang dikehendaki bagi penebusan apa-apa nota atau obligasi yang diwujudkan dan dikeluarkan kepada Tabung di bawah seksyen 6;
(c) apa-apa jumlah wang yang kena dibayar oleh Malaysia kepada Tabung di bawah seksyen 3 Perkara 9 Perjanjian (yang berhubung dengan hak dan tanggungjawab Negeri yang terhenti menjadi anggota Tabung).
