s 9 Orders for carrying the Agreement into effect
(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by order make such provisions as he may consider reasonably necessary for carrying into effect any of the provisions of the Agreement relating to the status, immunities and privileges of the Fund and their respective governors, executive directors, alternates, officers and employees.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of subsection
(1), any order made under the subsection may declare that any specified provisions of the Agreement shall have the force of law in Malaysia.

Perintah bagi menguatkuasakan Perjanjian
(1) Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh melalui perintah membuat apaapa peruntukan sebagaimana yang difikirkan semunasabahnya perlu bagi menguatkuasakan mana-mana peruntukan Perjanjian berhubungan dengan taraf, imuniti dan keistimewaan Tabung dan gabenor, pengarah eksekutif, anggota silih ganti, pegawai dan pekerja masing-masing.
(2) Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan subseksyen (1), apa-apa perintah yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen itu boleh mengisytiharkan bahawa mana-mana peruntukan tertentu dalam Perjanjian hendaklah mempunyai kuat kuasa undang-undang di Malaysia.
