International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1992 s 6
s 6 Privileges and immunities of judges and officials of, and persons engaged in business before, the International Court of Justice
The Minister may by regulations confer upon—
(a) the judges, assessors and officials of the International Court of Justice established by the Charter of the United Nations;
(b) persons engaged on missions by order of that Court;
(c) the agents, advocates and counsel of countries that are parties in cases before that Court; and
(d) witnesses in cases before that Court,
such privileges and immunities as are required to give effect to the Statute of that Court and such privileges and immunities in respect of acts and things done in the course of the performance of their functions in connection with the business of that Court as are required to give effect to any resolution of, or convention or agreement approved by, the General Assembly of the United Nations.

Keistimewaan dan kekebalan hakim dan pegawai, dan orang yang terlibat dalam urusan di hadapan, Mahkamah Keadilan Antarabangsa
Menteri boleh melalui peraturan-peraturan memberi—
(a) hakim, pengapit dan pegawai Mahkamah Keadilan Antarabangsa yang ditubuhkan oleh Piagam Bangsa- Bangsa Bersatu;
(b) orang yang terlibat dalam misi dengan perintah Mahkamah itu;
(c) ejen, peguam bela dan peguam negara-negara yang menjadi pihak-pihak dalam kes di hadapan Mahkamah itu; dan
(d) saksi dalam kes di hadapan Mahkamah itu,
keistimewaan dan kekebalan yang perlu bagi memberikan kuat kuasa kepada Statut Mahkamah itu dan keistimewaan dan kekebalan berkenaan dengan perbuatan dan perkara yang dilakukan semasa melaksanakan fungsi mereka berkaitan dengan urusan Mahkamah itu sebagaimana yang perlu bagi memberikan kuat kuasa kepada mana-mana resolusi, atau konvensyen atau perjanjian yang diluluskan oleh, Perhimpunan Agung Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu.
