First Schedule FIRST SCHEDULESupplementary

PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
1. Immunity of the organization, and of the property and assets of, or in the custody of, or administered by, the organization, from suit and from other legal process.
2. Inviolability of property and assets of, or in the custody of, or administered by, the organization and of premises of, or occupied by, the organization.
3. Inviolability of archives.
4. Subject to section 4 of the Exchange Control Act 1953 [Act 17], exemption from currency and exchange restrictions.
5. Subject to compliance with such conditions as the Minister of Finance may prescribe for the protection of revenue, exemption from all duties and taxes on—
(a) goods imported or exported by the organization for its official use;
(b) locally manufactured goods procured by the organization for its official use; and
(c) official publications of the organization imported or exported by it.
6. Exemption from income tax and supplementary income taxes on the income of the organization or real property gain taxes on the gains from the disposal of the properties of the organization, as the case may be, in so far as they are derived from or transacted within the scope of its official activities.
7. Exemption from stamp duties that ordinarily would be payable by the organization.
8. Exemption from prohibitions and restrictions on the importation or exportation of—
(a) goods imported or exported by the organization for its official use; and
(b) publications of the organization imported or exported by it.
9. Absence of censorship for official correspondence and other official communications.
10. The right to use codes and to send and receive correspondence and other papers and documents by couriers or in sealed bags and to have any such couriers or bags treated as diplomatic couriers or diplomatic bags, as the case may be.

KEISTIMEWAAN DAN KEKEBALAN ORGANISASI ANTARABANGSA
1. Kekebalan organisasi, dan kekebalan harta dan aset organisasi, atau harta dan aset dalam jagaan atau yang ditadbirkan oleh organisasi, daripada guaman dan daripada proses undang-undang lain.
2. Ketidakbolehcabulan harta dan aset organisasi, atau harta dan aset dalam jagaan atau yang ditadbirkan oleh organisasi, dan premis organisasi atau premis yang dihuni oleh organisasi.
3. Ketidakbolehcabulan arkib.
4. Tertakluk kepada seksyen 4 Akta Kawalan Pertukaran 1953 [Akta 17], pengecualian daripada sekatan mata wang dan pertukaran.
5. Tertakluk kepada pematuhan syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Kewangan bagi melindungi hasil, pengecualian daripada semua duti dan cukai atas—
(a) barang-barang yang diimport atau dieksport oleh organisasi bagi kegunaan rasminya;
(b) barang-barang buatan tempatan yang diperoleh oleh organisasi bagi kegunaan rasminya; dan
(c) penerbitan rasmi organisasi yang diimport atau dieksport olehnya.
6. Pengecualian daripada cukai pendapatan dan cukai-cukai pendapatan tambahan atas pendapatan organisasi atau cukai keuntungan harta tanah atas keuntungan daripada pelupusan harta organisasi, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, setakat yang ia diperoleh daripada atau diurusniagakan dalam bidang aktiviti rasminya.
7. Pengecualian daripada duti setem yang pada biasanya kena dibayar oleh organisasi.
8. Pengecualian daripada larangan dan sekatan terhadap pengimportan atau pengeksportan—
(a) barang-barang yang diimport atau dieksport oleh organisasi bagi kegunaan rasminya; dan
(b) penerbitan organisasi yang diimport atau dieksport olehnya.
9. Ketiadaan penapisan bagi surat-menyurat rasmi dan komunikasi rasmi yang lain.
10. Hak menggunakan kod dan menghantar dan menerima surat dan kertas dan dokumen lain melalui kurir atau dalam beg bermeterai dan mendapatkan mana-mana kurir atau beg sedemikian dikira sebagai kurir diplomatik atau beg diplomatik, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
