s 51 Repayment of loan charges to Administration

(1) The Authority shall be responsible for the payment to the Accountant General of interest and redemption on loans drawn by the Administration on behalf of Port Kelang. (2) In the case of such loans drawn prior to 1 January 1959, which were drawn for both the purposes of the Administration and of Port Kelang 18.451 per centum of the loan interest and redemption thereon shall be paid by the Authority annually to the Administration. (3) Any dispute arising between the Authority and the Administration as to the payment of any loan charges under this section shall be referred to the Minister of Finance whose decision thereon shall be final.
