s 10 Appointment of other officers
(1) Subject to any rules that may be made under section 12, the Majlis may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Majlis may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
(2) An officer or servant of the Majlis appointed under subsection
(1) shall subject to the direction of the Director General be under the administrative control of the director to whose division such officer or servant is appointed, transferred or assigned.

Pelantikan pegawai lain
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 12, Majlis boleh melantik mengikut apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya wajar mana-mana pegawai dan pekhidmat lain yang perlu bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini.
(2) Seseorang pegawai atau pekhidmat Majlis yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah, tertakluk kepada arahan Ketua Pengarah, berada di bawah kawalan pentadbiran pengarah yang kepada bahagiannya pegawai atau pekhidmat itu dilantik, ditukarkan atau ditugaskan.
