Majlis Amanah Rakyat Act 1966 s 12

s 12 Power to make rules relating to salaries, provident fund scheme, etc.

(1) The Majlis may with the approval of the Minister make rules for or in respect of the salaries, allowances and conditions of service of its officers and servants generally. (2) Schedule II shall apply to the rules made under this section.

Kuasa untuk membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berhubungan dengan gaji, skim kumpulan wang simpanan, dsb.

(1) Majlis boleh dengan kelulusan Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah bagi atau berkenaan dengan gaji, elaun dan syarat-syarat perkhidmatan pegawai dan pekhidmatnya secara am. (2) Jadual Kedua hendaklah terpakai bagi kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini.
