Majlis Amanah Rakyat Act 1966 s 14
It shall be the duty of the Majlis to conserve the Fund by so exercising and performing its functions and duties under this Act as to secure that the total revenues of the Majlis are sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to its revenue account, including, without prejudice to the generality of that expression, provisions in respect of its obligations under sections 13 and 15 and depreciation and interest on capital, taking one year with another.
Pengimbangan akaun hasil
Hendaklah menjadi kewajipan Majlis untuk memelihara Kumpulan Wang dengan menjalankan dan melaksanakan fungsi dan kewajipannya di bawah Akta ini dengan sedemikian cara supaya dapat dipastikan bahawa jumlah hasil Majlis mencukupi untuk membayar semua jumlah wang yang boleh dipertanggungkan dengan sepatutnya kepada akaun hasilnya, termasuk, tanpa menjejaskan keluasan ungkapan itu, peruntukan berkenaan dengan obligasinya di bawah seksyen 13 dan 15 dan susut nilai dan bunga atas modal, dari setahun ke setahun.
