s 15 Reserve fund

(1) The Majlis shall establish and manage a reserve fund. (2) The payment into and out of the reserve fund shall be determined by the Majlis: Provided that no part of the reserve fund shall be applied otherwise than for the purposes of the Majlis.

Kumpulan wang rizab

(1) Majlis hendaklah menubuhkan dan menguruskan suatu kumpulan wang rizab. (2) Pembayaran ke dalam dan keluar daripada kumpulan wang rizab hendaklah ditentukan oleh Majlis: Dengan syarat bahawa tiada bahagian daripada kumpulan wang rizab boleh digunakan selain bagi maksud Majlis.
